Japan children art contest

LAHORE, Oct 9: The annual Japan Children Art competition and speech contest will be held at the Alhamra Art Centre here on Oct 13 as part of the Pakistan-Japan Friendship Festival 2004.
Students of more than 43 schools in Lahore, Sahiwal and Sialkot have been invited to participate in the competition being organized by the Embassy of Japan in collaboration with the Pakistan-Japan Cultural Association and MEXT Scholarship Alumni Association of Pakistan.
Punjab Education Minister Mian Imran Masood will give away prizes to the winners.
