Pakistan to face Thailand

KARACHI, Sept 30: Pakistan have been drawn at home against formidable Thailand in the Asia/Oceania Zone, Group One tie for the 2005 Davis Cup.

Other teams in the group are Taiwan, Japan, India, Indonesia, Uzbekistan and China.

Pakistan retained their spot in Group One after overcoming New Zealand 3-2 last week. Asia/Oceania Zone, Group One First round Pakistan v Thailand, Taiwan v Japan, Indonesia v Uzbekistan, India v China. The match will be played during March 4-6 next year.
