Rockets fired at Wana Brigade HQ

By Our Correspondent

WANA, Sept 25: Militants fired rockets on the army Brigade Headquarters and paramilitary scouts camp in South Waziristan, officials and residents said.

They said the militants fired two rockets on the army Brigade Headquarters in Zari Noor colony, here on Friday night. The rockets, fired from an unidentified location, slammed inside the colony, but did not cause any casualty, said an ISPR official.

Militants carried out another attack on Saturday morning in the troubled region and fired two rockets on the scouts camp.

Residents said that the rockets missed the target and hit two houses near the camp.
