KHAIRPUR, Sept 22: Jagirani tribe's chief Mir Sunder Khan Sundrani and Solangi tribe's chief Wadero Ghulam Mustafa Solangi on Wednesday held separate meetings with Pir Pagaro in Pir Jo Goth to resolve the dispute between the tribes.

Mr Pagaro urged the chieftains to resolve the dispute as soon as possible. The tribal chiefs expressed their willingness to end the clash. Meanwhile, Nazeer Ahmad Solangi and Kamil Jagirani, who were killed on Tuesday in the dispute, were buried on Tuesday night under strict security.

Tension persisted in the area and people remained indoors. Traffic remained suspended on the Khairpur-Pir Jo Goth road and the Sukkur-Pir Jo Goth road. There are also reports that people are migrating from the area due to the clash.
