KARACHI, Sept 11: The Alliance for the Restoration of Democracy (ARD), Sindh chapter, has decided to hold an all-parties conference on Sept 21 to mobilize its support-base for a 'decisive battle against usurper'.

This was stated by the ARD Sindh's vice-president Sardar Rahim who declared that the issue of president's uniform would be on top of the agenda.

He also declared: "We don't recognize Gen Musharraf as President, with or without uniform."

Sardar Rahim said that in a bid to bring all opposition parties to a single platform and to give a tough fight to the rulers, contacts with the Muttahida Majlis-i-Amal would be maintained.

The meeting was chaired by provincial chief of the ARD Zain Ansari and attended by Syed Qaim Ali Shah, Rashid Rabbani, Basharat Mirza and representatives of other component parties.
