Aziz arrives in S. Arabia

JEDDAH, Sept 6: Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz arrived in Jeddah on Monday evening, on his first foreign visit after taking over as the head of government.

The prime minister and his entourage were received at the airport by Makkah Governor Prince Abdul Majeed.

Saudi Information and Culture Minister Dr Foad Al-Farsi is the minister-in-waiting for Mr Aziz during his three-day visit to the kingdom.

The prime minister's delegation includes federal Minister for Housing and Works Syed Safwanullah, Information Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmed, Interior Minister Aftab Sherpao and Minister for Population and Welfare Chaudhry Shehbaz Hussain, Ministers of State Naseer Mengal, Tariq Naseem and Hamid Yar Hiraj. Sindh Chief Minister Arbab Ghulam Rahim is also accompanying the prime minister.
