KARACHI: 109 vehicles taken away last week

KARACHI, Sept 5: Bandits took away 109 vehicles - 43 cars and 66 motorcycles - in different localities during the last one week. Twenty cars were taken away at gunpoint and 23 others were stolen in Gulshan-i-Iqbal , Gulistan-i-Jauhar, Saddar, North Nazimabad, Samanabad, Gulberg, Clifton, Defence and other areas.

Thirty-two motorcycles were hijacked and 34 others were stolen in North Karachi, North Nazimabad, Liaquatabad, Orangi Town, Jamshed Town, Korangi, Landhi, Gulberg and other areas.

Police claimed recovery of 41 stolen cars and 43 motorbikes during the last one week.
