MANSEHRA: Three killed in two firing incidents

MANSEHRA, Sept 4: Three people were killed in two seperate firing incidents on Friday. In Lunda village, Sarmad Shah, Assad Shah and Tariq Shah allegedly opened fire and killed Iftikhar Hussain Shah and Naushad Shah over a dispute over extracting sand and gravel from a plot

In another incident, an 18-year-old girl was shot dead in village Moh of Darband in the upper Tanawal area over a marriage dispute.

Salar Khan, son of Ghulam Hyder, according to police sources wanted to marry Samina and he had asked her father Mohammad Nawaz to marry his daughter with Salar. However, Mohammad Nawaz refused and on refusal, the accused Salar allegedly shot Samina dead when she was on way to a fountain for fetching water. The accused in both murder cases escaped.

Police have registered two different cases and are searching for them.
