'India not serious in talks'

ISLAMABAD, Aug 3: AJK Prime Minister Sardar Sikandar Hayat Khan said on Monday that India was not serious about holding a meaningful dialogue as it was not giving any timeframe to resolve the Kashmir dispute.

Talking to a TV channel, the premier said the ongoing Pakistan-India meetings showed that New Delhi, like past, was using delaying tactics. He said India should be asked to start meaningful and result-oriented talks to resolve the 'real issues'.

India, he stressed, should accept the Kashmiris' right to self-determination. In reply to a question, he said that on the one hand India was engaged in dialogue with Pakistan and on the other was killing of Kashmiris. -APP
