ISLAMABAD, July 14: Prime Minister Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain has reiterated the government's commitment to speedy development of Balochistan and bringing improvement to the quality of life of its people.

He was talking to the Chief Minister of Balochistan, Jam Mohammad Yousaf, who called on him at the Prime Minister's House on Wednesday and exchanged views on the ongoing development projects in the province and improvement in the law and order situation there.

The prime minister directed the chief minister to take steps for further improving the law and order situation in the province and ensuring protection of life and property of the citizens.

Senator Naseer Mengal was also present on the occasion. Meanwhile, ambassador of South Korea Jean Bou Guan also called on the prime minister and discussed with him matters of mutual interest and bilateral relations. The ambassador delivered a message of good will from the Prime Minister of Korea, Lee Hae Chan.
