According to the programme received here by the district government, Mr Hussain and Mr Aziz would leave for Mithi by a helicopter after arriving at the Sindhri Airport. A public meeting will be held at the sports complex which will be addressed by Mr Hussain, Mr Aziz and others.

A district office-bearer of the People's Party Parliamentarians told this correspondent that the party would field either Makhdoom Jamiluzzaman, Makhdoom Saeeduzzaman Atif or Mahesh Malani against Mr Aziz.

He said the PPP Sindh Council meeting in this regard was scheduled for Wednesday in Mirpurkhas. Diplo taluka PPP general-secretary Mohammad Mean Bajeer has already submitted his candidature for the seat and 40 nomination forms have been obtained by different candidates so far.
