The details about these complaints were placed at the monthly meeting of Council of Complaints (CoC) of PEMRA held here at its regional office.

The council was informed about the action taken on these complaints.

In order to create awareness among the masses about the role of the complaint council for the redressal of subscribers grievances against the service of CTV operators, it was decided in the meeting to hold seminars in the divisional head quarters of the province.
