2 bomb blasts rock Quetta

By Our Correspondent

QUETTA, June 30: Two bomb blasts in quick succession jolted the city on Wednesday. Sources said the first explosion took place at about 11am on Jan Mohammed Road near Pir Choka.

However, it caused no damage to life or property. A bomb disposal squad reached the spot and was busy in inspecting the site when it found an unexploded device. It exploded when one of its members, Syed Imtiaz, tried to defuse the bomb, slightly injuring the staffer.
