BAGHDAD, June 22: Two US soldiers were killed and one wounded on Tuesday in a small arms attack near Balad, 75 kilometre north of Baghdad, the US military said.
"Two Task Force Danger Soldiers were killed and one was wounded when their convoy was attacked by small arms fire near Balad around 12:45 pm on June 22," a statement said. The wounded soldier was taken to a military medical facility. -AFP
