KARACHI, June 22: The International Billiards and Snooker Federation (IBSF) said on Tuesday World snooker championship would be held at Veldhoven, the Netherlands from Nov 20 to Dec 4.

The last year Jiangmen City (China) staged the global contest where Pakistan's Saleh Muhammad lost to Pankaj Advani of India in the final. Khurram Agha was the other cueist to represent Pakistan in the championship.

A spokesman for the Pakistan Billiards and Snooker Association (PBSA) said that two top snooker players on national ranking chart after the last national ranking tournament will be representing the country in the event. -APP
