By Our Staff Reporter

LAHORE, May 30: Former PML president Mian Azhar says the change of government has become inevitable after what he calls the failures and ineptness of the rulers.

In a statement on Sunday, he said in case the change did not come through assemblies, it would come from outside.

He alleged that the incumbent leadership had reduced the PML to a Punjab party as all important office-bearers had been taken from this province. He said he would restore the national character of the party and purge it of 'opportunists'.

Mian Azhar said in a country where political parties were 'nationalized', there was no one left to listen to the common man's problems. He said those who made a mockery of the PML would themselves become a laughing stock. A dreadful end awaited for them, he said. He said the federal budget had lost its relevance as prices of all essential items had already been raised.
