PM urges expatriates to work hard

MADINA, May 28: Prime Minister Mir Zafarullah Khan Jamali has asked Pakistani expatriates to work with dedication and earn a good name for the country.

He said this during an informal talk with a group of Pakistanis here on Thursday after offering Maghrib prayers at the Majid-i-Nabavi.

As the Prime Minister came out of the mosque, a large number of Pakistanis and nationals from other countries warmly cheered him. On the occasion, some Pakistanis informed the prime minister about problems being faced by them, requesting him to help them in sorting out their grievances.

The prime minister gave them a patient hearing and issued on the spot orders to the Pakistani mission to look into their grievances and address them. He asked the embassy to maintain close contact with expatriates. -APP
