By Our Correspondent
QUETTA, May 23: PPP's divisional coordinator for Nasirabad district Mir Munawwar Ali Khoso has accused the government of putting behind bars its political opponents demanding basic amenities in their areas.
Speaking at a press conference at the Quetta Press Club here on Sunday, the PPP leader alleged that the administration of Nasirabad and Jaffarabad districts were being used by the family of an influential person against those who demanded basic rights for their district.
He claimed that the government officials were only paying attention to Rohjan Jamali, the hometown of Prime Minister Mir Zafarullah Jamali, ignoring other areas in the district, and demanded that masses should be served impartially.
Mr Khoso said that people in Nasirabad and Jaffarabad felt insecure due to poor law and order situation, adding that funds allocated for flood victims in both the districts had not been distributed among the genuine people.
