SARGODHA: Ahle Hadith conference in Sargodha

SARGODHA, April 6: The 22nd All-Pakistan Ahle Hadith conference is scheduled to be held at Jinnah Bagh (Company Garden) here on April 8 and 9 with delegates from the country and the Middle East , Malaysia, Indonesia, India, Bangladesh and England in attendance.

This was announced by Maulana Muhidudin Salfi, Maulana Abdus Sattar Azad and Irfanullah Sanai in a joint statement here on Tuesday. They said that the moot was aimed at bringing the Muslims on a single platform. It would start on Thursday after Zuhr and end after Juma prayers.

ABSENT FROM DUTY: The EDO (health) conducted surprise raids on some health centres in the city's adjoining areas and took serious notice of the absence of staff in BHUs and other irregularities.

The LHV and the medical technician were absent from duty at the Vijh centre while the staff of Kot Chughata centre were away for picnic.EDO Dr Mazhar Rasheed suspended the monthly salary of the staff and ordered an inquiry into the matter.
