KARACHI: 2 motorcycles recovered

KARACHI, March 25: Two motorcycles stolen in Saeedabad and Korangi have been recovered from a trainee recruit and his accomplice in the jurisdiction of Jamshed Quarters Police Station.

A police party, comprising Zafar ali Shah, in charge investigation and SSP Investigation, arrested the trainee recruit Syed Kashif Hussain and recovered a motorcycle (KCA-4962) stolen from Saeedabad.

On his disclosure, his accomplice Mohammad Shakeel was also arrested from Korangi and another motorcycle (KAY3571) stolen from Taimoria, was also recovered.

Both the accused were once arrested by the Al-Falah police in robbery and illegal arms cases in 2000. Jaffar Ali was also arrested as he was fleeing after snatching cash from one Junaid Ali who had drawn money from a bank. The amount was recovered from him.

In other raids, police arrested six accused and recovered Rs11,000 cash and two mobile phones. Those arrested included Amjad, Babu, Ramaish, Hawaldar Nazeer Hussain and Asif. -PPI
