Spinners shine for Faisalabad

LAHORE, March 14: Spinners Farooq Iqbal and Saeed Ajmal steered Faisalabad to a 34-run win over Peshawar in theQuaid-i-Azam One-day Cup tie at the Iqbal Stadium, Faisalabad on Sunday.

Slow left-armer Farooq finished with the figures of four for 33 as Peshawar were all out for 222 in 48.3 overs. Promising off-spinner Saeed Ajmal claimed three for 49. Earlier, Faisalabad scored 256 for six.
