By Staff Reporter

ISLAMABAD, Mar 4: Pakistan's judiciary is completely independent and its judgments are fully implemented by "persons and agencies concerned," says Chief Justice of Pakistan Nazim Hussain Siddiqui.

He was talking to members of an Afghan judicial delegation, including two judges of the Supreme Court of Afghanistan and officials of the justice ministry here on Thursday.

The, CJP, however, stated that it was the primary duty of the judiciary to perform functions within the bounds of law and to play its role in conjunction with other branches of the government.
