LAHORE, Feb 15: Indian Punjab Kabaddi team could not enter Pakistan at Wagah check post on Sunday to play a 10-match series in Punjab even after getting NOC as required by immigration staff, from its Interior Ministry which has already delayed the series by three days.

A spokesman for Punjab Sports Board said that the Indian Punjab's team manager Joginder Pal Sharma had confirmed to organizers that the team had received the NOC (no-objection certificate) and would cross Wagah at 10 am.

The reception committee waited for long at Wagah, but their guests did not show up. The first of 10-match series was to be held at Punjab Football Stadium on Sunday.
