MULTAN, Feb 13: The three-member delegation of Board for Control of Cricket in India (BCCI) that visited Multan on Friday expressed 'satisfaction' over the facilities here, says a statement issued by Multan Cricket Association (MCA).

"We will be happy to play a match at Multan Stadium which is one of the beautiful stadiums in the world", the statement quoted a delegate Prof. Ratnakar Shetty, the honourary joint secretary of BCCI as saying while talking to Multan Cricket Association president Hafiz Liaquat Ali Qureshi, and secretary Prof. Javed Malik.

"The delegation was satisfied with the facilities at Multan Cricket Stadium, hotel accommodation and security arrangements", the statement added.

Prof. Ratnakar Shetty, who is also secretary of Mumbai Cricket Association told MCA officials that contests should also be held at the association level and added that Mumbai Cricket Association would soon invite MCA team to visit Mumbai.

MCA president and secretary assured the Indian delegation that best facilities would be provided to the Indian team and officials. "All three members of Indian delegation are true professionals who assessed the level of facilities in Multan in a professional manner", said Prof. Javed. -APP
