Rainfall during four days forecast


ISLAMABAD, Jan 26: The Met office on Monday forecast widespread rains in the country during the next four days. According to the Met office spokesman , a low pressure system is likely to enter Pakistan from Balochistan during next 24 hours and cover most parts of the country for three to four days.

Due to this low pressure weather system, widespread rains are expected in Punjab, NWFP, Kashmir and scattered rainfall in Balochistan and Sindh, he said.He added that snowfall has also been forecast for the Northern Areas, Galliat and Murree during this period.

On Monday the lowest temperature of -10 degrees C in the country was recorded in Kalam. Mainly cold and dry weather has also been forecast in most parts of the country, besides isolated rain in Balochistan during the next 24 hours.-APP
