KUWAIT CITY, Jan 24: Pakistan and Kuwait will discuss ways to combat terrorism, National Assembly Speaker Chaudhry Amir Hussain said upon his arrival here on Saturday on a four-day visit.

Mr Hussain, who is leading a 10-member parliamentary delegation, told reporters that Pakistan and Kuwait enjoyed good relations and had common view on major regional and international issues.

The speaker said he would be discussing with Kuwaiti officials several issues, including the means to combat terrorism.

During his stay here, Mr Hussain is expected to meet Kuwait's Prime Minister Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al Sabah, national assembly speaker Jassim Al Khorafi and other officials.

The delegation will also meet the Pakistani community here.
