PESHAWAR, Jan 21: Governor Syed Iftikhar Hussain Shah has said the operation against criminals will continue and vowed that the government will utilize all ways and means to bring the outlaws to book.

He was speaking to a 23-member representative delegation of tribal elders from Lakki Marwat district, at the Governor's House here on Wednesday.

Syed Iftikhar Hussain Shah said the government would restore the writ of law at any cost and no leniency would be tolerated or shown to the elements involved in criminal activities. Fata Secretary (security) Brig Mehmood Shah was also present at the meeting.

Referring to the apprehensions expressed by the delegation about the law and order situation, especially recent kidnappings in the district, the governor assured the delegation that steps would be taken to curb crimes and nab all criminals.
