KASUR, Jan 4: The power supply remained suspended for about 13 hours here on Sunday. The Wapda authorities did not announce any schedule for the suspension of power due to which the people had to face problems.

Several people, including district bar association president Sardar Qurban Ali Dogar, tried to contact the grid station, but nobody attended the telephone. They demanded that the high-ups should take stern action against the officials responsible for this negligence.

WOMAN, SON CRUSHED: A woman and her minor son were crushed to death by a speeding bus here on Sunday at Sheikh Amad area on Khuddian Road.
