Flights to Delhi from tomorrow

LAHORE, Dec 30: The PIA’s inaugural flight, PK-270, will leave for New Delhi from the Lahore airport at 2.20pm on Thursday (tomorrow).

The Lahore-Delhi flight operation was suspended on Jan 1, 2002.

According to new arrangement, PIA will operate bi-weekly flights on Lahore-Delhi route on Thursday and Monday. India will operate its bi-weekly flights on Friday and Tuesday.

India’s inaugural flight from New Delhi will land at Lahore airport at 3pm on Friday.

PIA booking officials told Dawn that there was not a great rush of passengers from this side, but a number of people were coming from New Delhi due to Saarc conference. — Reporter
