HYDERABAD, Dec 17: Wapda were in some bother as they lost five second innings wickets for 112 runs against Pakistan Customs on the third day of

the Patron’s Trophy Pool ‘A’ match at Niaz Stadium on Wednesday.

Wapda, who led by 49 runs on the first innings, are only 161 runs in front with Hasan Adnan, the remaining recognized batsman at crease. Wapda, in fact, have staged some sort of recovery through Hasan (28) and skipper Zahid Umar (20) after being reduced to 81 for five.

Earlier, Rana Naveed-ul-Hasan and left-armer Sarfraz Ahmed shared the bowling honours. The pace duo finished with four wickets each as Customs were bowled for 294 in response to Wapda’s 343 in the first innings.
