SUKKUR, Dec 15: The Sindh High Court, Sukkur bench, ordered here on Monday to register a case of kidnapping of Shahzadi Chohan against Raja Khan, son of Sardar Rahim Bux Bozdar, chieftain of Bozdar clan, and Shahmir Gopang.

A single bench of the SHC, comprising Justice Maqbool Baqar, issued the order on a petition filed by the parents of the kidnapped girl, in which they had alleged that the above named persons were involved in the kidnapping.

On this occasion, at least 300 Chohan clansmen gathered outside the court.

However, when this correspondent contacted the “C” section police station, an official said that no FIR had so far been registered.

KILLED: A five years old boy died and five others were injured when the wall of the house fell down on them in Eidgah Muhalla, Kashmor, on Sunday.

The dead boy was identified as Danish while those injured included Jawed Ahmed and four children, whose names could not be ascertained. Jawed was admitted to a local hospital with a fractured leg and others were sent home after providing first aid.
