HYDERABAD: Play staged

HYDERABAD, Dec 7: Tehrik-i-Niswan staged a play at the Marui Girls Hostel, University of Sindh, Jamshoro campus, on Saturday to create awareness about woman’s health.

Based on a true story written by Atiya Dawood and directed by Sheema Kirmani, the play depicted the ordeal of a woman from adulthood to pregnancy, who ultimately dies due to wrong advice and customs.

The residents of the hostel watched the play staged under the aegis of Aurtazaad.
