Hearing of Naqvi’s plea adjourned

RAWALPINDI, Dec 4: The judge of the anti-terrorism court, Manzoor Ahmed Mirza, here on Thursday adjourned till December 9 the hearing of a plea of the banned Islami Tehrik Pakistan (ITP) chief, Allama Sajid Naqvi, demanding A class.

Meanwhile, the same court also accepted for hearing a plea from the sons of the Allama - Aun Naqvi and Mohammad Naqvi - demanding meeting with their father, who is undergoing a 14-day judicial remand in Adiala Jail.

The court also issued notice to the superintended of Adiala Jail and fixed December 9 for the hearing of the application.
