HYDERABAD, Dec 4: The People’s Students Federation Liaquat University of Medical and Health Sciences unit staged a protest demonstration outside the press club on Thursday against a ban on the entry of Pakistan People’s Party chairperson Benazir Bhutto into the country and continued detention of her husband Asif Ali Zardari.

Speaking on the occasion, PSF LUMHS unit president Dr Adnan Jamali demanded that all false cases against Ms Bhutto should be withdrawn and Asif Ali Zardari be released.

He announced that after two days PSF leaders would observe a hunger strike unto death outside the Hyderabad press club to press for the acceptance of their demands.

Dr Muneer Memon, Awais Shah, Dr Shahab, Asif Deswali and others also spoke on the occasion.
