Thrilling triumph


KARACHI, Dec 2: A. J. Worldwide (AJWW) advanced in the semifinal of DHA Trophy KCCA Inter-firms cricket championship with thrilling last-ball two wicket win over Sindh Police (SP) at UBL Sports Complex Ground on Monday.

Young Sharjeel Ashraf played key role in his team’s exciting win with a fighting match winning knock of 76 with three boundaries.

SP thanks to a fine 73 by Rashid Ali mustered 225 for eight wickets in their 50 overs. AJWW in reply reached the target on the last ball, scoring 228 for eight wickets.
