KARACHI, Dec 1: Fateha Soyem for noted writer Ali Ahmed Barohi, who died on Sunday, will be held on Tuesday.
The Soyem will be held between Asr and Maghreb prayers at the Sindh Madressatul Islam residence of SMI principal Mohammad Ali Shaikh.
In a condolence message, former prime minister Benazir Bhutto praised Mr. Barohi’s contribution as an author and a scholar.
Sindh ministers Rauf Siddiqui, Arbab Ghulam Rahim and Altaf Unnar and other in their condolence messages eulogised the services of late Mr Brohi in the field of literature and termed his death a great loss.
Besides, the faculty and staff members of the Sindh Madressah called on Mr Nawaz Brohi, son of late Brohi, and offered condolences.
