KASUR, Nov 30: Three members of a family were killed while four others suffered grievous injuries on Sunday in a collision between a bus and a car on Bhoay Aasal Morr, Chhanga Manga.

Police said Ilyas and his family were going to Lahore from Chhanga Manga by a car (6459-LRD) when an oncoming speeding bus (5595-FDA) crashed into it.

As a result, Ilyas, his wife Rabia and daughter, Farha, died instantaneously while his infant daughter, Mano, son Abdullah (4) and cousins, Shazia and Iqbal Begum, suffered serious injuries.

The injured were shifted to the General Hospital, Lahore, in critical condition.

The Chhanga Manga police have registered a case against the absconding bus driver.
