2 die in road accidents

RAWALPINDI, Nov 19: Two persons died and five others sustained injuries in separate road accidents here on Wednesday, police said.

In the first incident, a recklessly-driven car ran over an aged person, identified as Mohammad Yousuf, in Raja Bazaar.

Mohammad Irfan, 19, a motorcyclist was killed while three other boys who were riding another motorbike were injured after a cab hit their vehicles in the Civil Line area. The injured were shifted to CMH. The cab driver escaped.

Two brother, identified as Mukhtar and Iftikhar, were critically injured after their motorbike slipped off the Rawal Road and hit a roadside wall. The injured were shifted to Rawalpindi General Hospital where their condition was critical.
