MINGORA, Nov 18: Traffic problems in Mingora have become more complicated during Ramazan as traffic jam at peak hours create problems for commuters.
There are number of causes behind traffic problems in the city.
First of all mostly roads in the Swat district were constructed four-decade ago.
These roads are now in a very bad condition. Another problem is the absence of an efficient traffic police system. The constables are unable to control the flow of traffic. Encroachment by shopkeepers further complicate the situation.
