By Our Correspondent

MANSEHRA, Nov 16: The tehsil municipal administration has initiated work on a drinking water project which would cost Rs20 million.

Mansehra Tehsil Nazim Nawabzada Mohammad Farooq Khan, while briefing reporters about the project at his office the other day, said that the project was being carried out under the Urban Development Project.

He said that 80 per cent funds would be provided by the provincial government, whereas the rest would be funded by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).

He said that work had already started on Azheera Water Supply Scheme to provide potable water to the residents of Mansehra.
