MANSEHRA, Nov 14: Three persons were killed in separate incidents here on Friday.

Four unidentified gunmen killed a security guard, injured the finance manager of a poultry farm company and looted Rs790,000 near Kinayat on the Mansehra-Oghi road about 10km from here on Friday.

According to details, Major (retd) Nazir, the finance manager of the SB Poultry Farm Company Kinayat, drew Rs790,000 to distribute salaries of the company’s employees from the Mansehra branch of the Muslim Commercial Bank.

He, along with security guards Mohammad Ayub and Nawab Shah, left for Kinayat in a car. As they reached the company’s office four unidentified men opened fire at the car, killing Mohammad Ayub on the spot and injuring Major Nazir. Nawab Shah escaped unhurt.

Talking to newsmen Nawab Shah said the robbers pulled him out of the car and drove away with the money. Later on, Major Nazir was admitted to the Ayub Hospital Complex Abbottabad.

Meanwhile, reports from the tribal belt of Kala Dhaka in the Mansehra district said two persons were killed in two separate incidents in Judbah the other day. In one incident, Abdul Ghafoor shot dead his father. In another incident unknown persons shot dead a jewller Adam Khan and ran away with Rs60,000 in Nusratkhel.
