KARACHI, Nov 13: Pak-Libya Holding Company (Pvt) Ltd. has terminated with immediate effect the agreement dated January 13, 2003 with JCR-VIS prior to the date of expiry of the agreement. “Consequently, the ratings assigned to it (Double A minus/A one plus) stand withdrawn and are no longer valid,” says a press release of JCR-VIS.
