Sikh Yatris meet Jamali

ISLAMABAD, Nov 11: Prime Minister Mir Zafarullah Khan Jamali on Tuesday said that the government was committed to provide protection and proper upkeep of places of worship of all religions besides safeguarding the religious and constitutional rights of minorities.

The prime minister was talking with a 12-member delegation, comprising Sikh pilgrims.

Stressing the need for amicable resolution of all outstanding issues between Pakistan and India, Mr Jamali said that it was vital for durable peace in the region.
