Pakistanis asked not to visit Iraq

ISLAMABAD, Nov 10: The government has advised all Pakistani nationals not to travel to Iraq due to security reasons.

In a handout issued on Monday, the government warned people of dangerous situation in Iraq and advised them to wait for improvement in the situation. The handout termed the security situation in Iraq unsatisfactory. It said: “The government of Pakistan advises all Pakistani travellers and Zaireen not to travel to Iraq until there was a visible improvement in the security situation.”
