KARACHI, Nov 10: The University of Karachi notified on Monday that registration and examination forms and fees for external candidates of BA, BCom, Bachelor of Oriental Languages (BOL), BSc, improvement of division, for annual examination-2003, with late fee, will be accepted as follows:

Prescribed examination fee for Part-I & II is Rs1,150, and for both parts Rs2,250, while registration fee is Rs1,200. Registration forms can be submitted with a late fee of Rs1,000 till Nov 15, while examination forms can be submitted with late fee of Rs500 till Nov 20.

The forms endorsed by the Examination and Registration (External) Counter at varsity’s Silver Jubilee Gate 1, will be deposited with fees at the KU branches of United Bank and National Bank.

The candidates, who got registered in 1997 or earlier, will be required to submit their examination forms and fees with a special fee of Rs500.

Meanwhile, KU’s admission committee director Prof Dr Mudassiruddin announced on Monday that forms for admission in BCom (Hons) were available from approved branches of the UBL against Rs300.

He has asked the admission-seeking students to submit the filled-in forms at the banks by Nov 15.—PPI
