THATTA, Nov 9: Four people were injured, two of them critically, when a four-wheel drive vehicle, carrying a bird hunter from Bahrain, collided head-on with a pickup near Jhimpir on Sunday.

Reports reaching here from the hilly terrain of Kohistan through official and local sources said that the Bahraini national was returning to his camp after hunting birds in the coastal belt of Jati Taluka.

His vehicle went out of control after a tyre burst as a result of which it collided with the pickup injuring four people.

Those injured were identified as Mohammad Hassan Borio, Ghulam Hussain Borio, Riaz Ahmed and Sattar Mallah.

The condition of the first two is stated to be critical.

Both the critically injured were taken to the Aga Khan Hospital, Karachi, in a vehicle provided by the Bahraini national.
