ISLAMABAD, Nov 8: The Turkish ambassador to Pakistan, Hasan Kemal Gur, called on the speaker of the National Assembly, Chaudhry Amir Hussain, on Saturday.

During his meeting with Chaudhry Amir Hussain, Mr Gur extended an invitation to him to visit Turkey, which the speaker accepted. The exact dates of the visit will be decided later which will take place in response to an invitation from Bulent Arinq, the president of Grant National Assembly of Turkey.

Mr Hussain said the exchange of visits of delegations and dignitaries was very important for the continuity of traditional friendship between the two brotherly countries.—APP
