KOLKATA, Nov 7: Indian cricket captain Sourav Ganguly, who will find himself in a do-or-die situation when he joins rest of the team for tri-series match against Australia, said he would be under no undue pressure in the crucial tie.
“We have our job cut out. We must win the remaining matches to reach the final,” he said on Friday.
“It will be a do-or-die situation. But you are always under pressure when you are playing,” he said adding he would try his best to deliver goods for the side which was now level on points with Kiwis.
Ganguly, who had training session today said he was 85 percent fit but was feeling much better and improving.
He said he preferred Rahul Dravid to double up as wicketkeeper in the remaining engagements “as he has done in the last match”.—PPI
