SHIKARPUR, Nov 5: The doctors and paramedical staff observed black day and boycotted the out-patient services in the Civil Hospital and other government-run health facilities in Shikarpur district on Tuesday.

The protest was observed on the call of the Pakistan Medical Association, Shikarpur, to condemn the misbehaviour of Garhi Yasin SHO Zulfiqar Langah with a doctor of Garhi Yasin taluka hospital, Mansoor Memon.

The medical officers and the paramedical staff wore black arm-bands.
