Govt refutes WP’s report
QUETTA, Nov 4: The provincial government has termed the report of Washington Post published in an English daily, claiming the provincial capital has become the headquarters of Taliban, as completely false, fabricated and baseless.
A spokesman of the Balochistan government, in a statement issued here on Tuesday, said that the report was concocted and baseless as Pakistan was an ally in the war against terrorism.
The spokesman, while denying the contents of the report, clarified that Balochistan has a long border with Afghanistan and people of both the sides have old relations.—Correspondent
